Was there for a wake. Pub seemed nice. Service was good. Didn't have food so can't comment on that but pub seems popular Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped here for lunch as it is just a couple of minutes from the motorway and certainly a million times nicer than the services, 200x cheaper and helping out a local business. Food was delicious and the landlord was very friendly. As it was quiet our dog and the pub dog got to make friends. If you need a stop over consider here rather than a McDonald's. The Saturday Morning Food Market is fantastic, happening every third Saturday of the month. The Sunday lunch is delicious, and the pub has a warm and friendly atmosphere with lovely owners.
