Sonic Drive-in - Wylie

There are 2 Sonikas that are closer to home, but we make the drive to Wylie one. Staff are always friendly (Jack the Carhop always has a smile on his face) and food is soooo much better than the other 2. Thanks you guys and keep it on!!!

Was there on Friday 9.23.22 and the wide stand for vehicles with trailers did not work long. Go to the din in the stable and press the button. About 20 seconds later, the other Dine in the stable was used by several high school children and their order was taken while I was still waiting. At some point I went and was never visited. Today 9.26.22 the stable I would use would not accept my selection for type of payment option.

Very efficient and pleasant, their stalls were full and I still got my drink order in a timely manor unlike at the 925 Lovon Sonic where I didn't even receive my order.

I ordered ONE drink on the app and when I arrived there were no more than 3-4 vehicles there. I waited at least 10 min when someone pulled in (and checked in) and got her order less than one minute after she arrived and I was still waiting on mine. I’ve had this issue at this location before and stopped going there but I thought I’d give them another try. This will be the last time I go there. I had rather drive out of my way to go to Sachse, Murphy or St Paul before I EVER go to Wylie again!!

My wife ordered the 2 Breakfast Toaster meals with an up charge request for a Strawberry Shake and large Onion Ring on one of them and just a large Onion Ring on the other. What we got was a large drink and a Strawberry Shake. Both large Onion Rings were half full. We asked for it to be corrected and they brought out a tray with 2 Onion Rings. Even when my wife spoke to the person in charge she got a lame explanation.
