Had the ribs and brisket today both were beyond outstanding! And the sauce was excellent as well! Great job guys!

We went to the Food Truck today, and had ribs, brisket and fried okra. The meat was smoked perfectly, and the okra was terrific! Thanks Brett and family for helping get our New Year off to a great start!

We Sought proposals from several specialized and highly rated wedding caters, Although all were quite good, we came across Smokin ' Hot Butts at another event. Their food beat out all the others, regardless of cost, some of which were 3 and 4x the cost. We changed out plans and went with them. The wedding was 100+ people, and was out of town up was in Bozeman, MT. They traveled up there in advance, set everything up, and were Rock Stars in helping with other stuff that was unplanned. Their food was simply amazing. We had the Brisket, Burnt Ends, Rolls, Bread Pudding, Salad and Roasted Broccoli with a vegetable platter. I highly recommend everything we had. Everything was prepared perfectly, presented beautifully, nothing tasted off-the-shelf , and the attention to detail and perfection in choice of meats, and produce was perfect. We could not be happier. The next morning they made Brisket breakfast burritos with freshly made tortillas which were equally as amazing. Everyone at the wedding commented on how great the food was and wanted to know where we found them. I highly recommend them for any event from casual to more formal. It is more than just BBQ and smoked meat!
