Feedback gevenRude and can't make mathe. my order was $4.85 and I gave them a $5 bill and $0.85 cent. I expected and single $1 bill instead I received $0.90 cent. I asked him to correct this. he said forward and I'll fix it. a few minutes later he appeared with a dimm and ventured away. I gave the money that I did so I would get a bill of $1, not a dollar that is responsible for just unloading. I asked politely about a $1 bill and was told that they can't open the drawer without selling. I asked politely how it was her fault twice and that is when the manager was rude. she was already irritated in the background before she even came to the window. they said, and I quote, I don't give them any dollar bills that they have dollar in alteration and call them the bulls if they want and their blocking my running gear thru for $1? that is ridiculous! and they call 't do nothing anyway and I'm going to let go of my work and give him the number of companies they will only send it to me anyway. all she said was not good, but the line where she said it would just come back to her anyway is the most. that means that at least aggravation took place earlier. it also means that companies do not pay attention or take any measures to correct/ mitigate customer complaints. if this is how burger king corporate management reacts to their own team, it is no wonder that their retail manager reacts as they do. the mentality in the did here apparently. that is the point where I decided to form the complaint and publish this review. I don't want her to go out here and she's probably not in that. but everyone who reads this will know that he remains away from this Burget King. tricia is listed as host on the entrance. I'm not sure that's the manager I spoke to, but it can be. I was in no way rude or made a scene of any kind yet was hit with a wut and hostility by a man. that is not acceptable, and it should affect this behavior towards the customers.
Honestly... the best of all other locations in this area. For real.They switched up their uniform code back to the old school brown/orange...a nice change that's more professional looking.They're drive-thru is polite and respectful.My order has always been accurate and fresh (no wilted/bad fries etc)One of the few best stops for a decent fast food dinner, on the way home. Better than nearby McDonald's.
Ordered a Chocolate shake and a double cheese burger with ketchup only.What I got was a shake with very little Chocolate stuck to cup, basically just vanilla. Burger had traces of mustard, as if they put it on the burger, then tried to take it off. Allergic to some ingredients in mustard. Was unable to eat it!This was thru the drive thru.One car in front of me, and only one behind me.Not like I came through on a very busy rush.Simply not paying attention.I had to go get lunch elsewhere.
Always a great time when I order a Rodeo Burger ? and its edible. Good job guys. You'd be surprised most Burger King's I cannot say that about.
Almost without fail, if you order a breakfast sandwich with bacon on it, you will be given a sausage sandwich.Doesn’t matter how many bacon sandwiches you’ve ordered. 1, 4, 10…they will all be sausage.Honestly at this point, I’m starting to wonder if it’s just an inside joke that I’m not totally getting.Today was definitely my last purchase from this store, although, I probably should have known from the first time. You got me!
