Just got a perfect order snd quick delivery, super happy thank you!

I always get a ham and cheese sub which you can’t really mess up, but I’m reviewing because the staff today were friendly! I never expect good service from chains but when I get it I am always pleasantly surprised. :

First we ordered online for the delivery. After almost half an hour, I cancelled this job and decided to just walk in. after that they did not give us one of the sandwiches. after calling in before the time they had not made the sandwich yet. 3 employees ignored me 5 minutes in an empty restaurant and then tried to give me someone called austins sandwich. total time 2 crazy slow hours.

The girl at the cash register (Let's call her Mar) had as much friendliness, customer service skill, and personality, as the plain white bread my sandwich was served on. When asked a simple question with a smile, the sandwich line looked aghast. But great job for showing up to work today. thenewnormal

I thought I 'd be sweet and order my sweetheart food. Named it Sarah the Beautiful . The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich Sarah the Ugly .
