Feedback gevenWe dined at the restaurant in 2022. The person at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional. It's a shame, because I tried to remain polite. The place wasn't even busy at the time. Our order was definitely incomplete, and the fryer oil tasted old, which we could clearly identify in our food. Wendy had high expectations for a lovely dining experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, and they might want to reassess their business model, as it seems to be failing.
I called the restaurant to report the issue and find out how I could get my correct order, only to be met with probably the worst manager I've ever spoken to—Andre. I explained my situation, but he spent at least 10 minutes going through the mistakes made by three different staff members, none of whom were responsible for my order. When I tried to clarify my situation, he seemed indifferent and simply said, "We're short-staffed, there's nothing I can do." I pointed out that many workplaces, including mine, are short-staffed, which is why I couldn't return to the restaurant that day. His only suggestion was for me to come back the next day for a resolution. This manager and this restaurant have really disappointed me, and I have no intention of returning. If you're looking to enjoy the food you order, I highly recommend choosing a different location. It's truly disappointing.
The experience was alright. We ordered three drinks but only received two straws. I'm not sure why Wendy always seems to mess things up; I can't recall a time when it went smoothly.
Slow down! I have an hour lunch and I spend about 30 minutes, just waiting in the snake and getting my food. It used to be very fast. what happened? I go as often as I used to because of the time it takes.
I worked and managed as a teen. IMO nobody uses manners anymore. No pleases or thank yous. Still go, but limit to the locations that I go to that do well.
