When this store first opened it was kept clean and tidy in the carpark but things gone down hill rubbish outside dirty entrance not clean and walking in the chilled dept cardboard left on the shelves unkept very disappointing
I should have known entering the first floor restaurant of this supermarket after only one other person dining at the time of 12.15pm. Me bring me and all that and bring on me hols to sunny Fleetwood with my pal I thought I’d through caution to the wind and have some proper gut filling gayer after perusing the rather limited menu. My friend ordered a bauguette with salad and chips and yours truly ordered macaroni cheese and chips. Hardly haute cuisine but what could go wrong with macaroni cheese…..? A member of staff promptly served both of us with meals as duly requested. The baguette and chips served to my friend looked presentable with bright and fresh salad complementing the plate well. However….. my macaroni cheese resembled an ocean of cheese with a glaze on top and the macaroni itself occupying the other side of the plate separated like lovers during a tiff with the chips acting as an helpful intermediary pal trying to appear neutral but fails after ten seconds. I’m kicking myself as I should have taken a photo of this plate of cheese gloop! I was hungry so, I thought I’d at least be brave enough to give the macaroni cheese a chance (and being a Scotsman I do like my value for money). The taste of the cheesy gloop wasn’t as bland as one would expect going by it’s appearance. The macaroni was okay but the mediocre chips saved what was a disastrous meal. I managed to have about three forkfuls of the macaroni cheese and had to give up. It was quite frankly the worst meal I’d had eating out in my life! I now was aware of the secret to why the restaurant was so desolate. I managed to peck at some of my chips but my appetite had now vanished. My friend dining with me refused to touch the macaroni cheese to validate my disgust with it. I know I should have approached the staff and had it returned but after my friend consumed his meal I just wanted out of the joint, If I could give zero stars I happily would have done so. Avoid this place….. especially if you want macaroni cheese!
Worst Asda cafe we have been to Visitors at 12 No paninis No gas in soda machine Jacket potato was cooked in microwave and was rock hard Noticed they sprinkled cheese on with bare hands too Beans on breakfast were rank Coffee machine was playing up The woman was rude and obnoxious, throwing food on the counter, we felt sorry for the other lady working there as she was quite abrupt to her too Wishing I had reported her but just wanted to get out of there !!
Ordered using evouchers 2 x duvets. Ordered Saturday to pick up Tuesday between 7 8am. Paid .50p for the privilege…arrived at the store for just after 7am tried the app. Which didn’t work. Tried calling no answer. Went into the store looked on the shelf’s for the duvets and they were there. Went and spoke to a customer service person who didn’t have a clue where my order was. Asked to see a manager who was clueless. Long and short of it was that the duvets weren’t available for my order even though I’d checked the shelves prior…….omg what a shambles of a company.
