Geckos - Yaiza

Went for the Sunday lunch and WOW what a meal it was! Perfectly cooked roast beef with all the trimmings served by very friendly and capable waitresses. Drinks were also reasonably priced. Everything great value for money. We will be back again before going home. Highly recommend but you need to book in advance, it’s THAT GOOD!

We loved the concept of a choice of just three mains and one pudding, in this cosy restaurant and it certainly produced the most delicious and beautifully presented food in a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended and will definitely return when we visit Lanzarote again.

Without question the best meal in Playa Blanca. Situated on the outskirts of town, so glad we had a car to get there in this occasion. We have had Sunday lunch here with friends on two previous occasions, but not had an evening meal here until tonight. It was outstanding…I had the fillet steak cooked to perfection with peppercorn sauce, chunky chips and gorgeous creamy mushrooms. My husband had the herb crusted pork with apple purée, roasted potatoes and a gorgeous sauce. Dessert was goey chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. A couple of glasses of rosé wine, beer and an espresso. Excellent service and a very reasonable bill. Definitely recommend everyone visit if you come to Playa Blanca!!

Dieser Ort wird Sie überraschen! Eine geheime Goldmine von kulinarischer Köstlichkeit. Sie müssen einen Tisch und Zeitschlitz in diesem Restaurant buchen, ist es bei den Einheimischen beliebt. Zum Glück kommen meine Eltern schon eine Weile hierher und ist einer der härtesten Top-Bewertungen für gutes Essen; nicht nur playa blanca, sondern auf der Insel. Geckos servieren sehr gute Speisen, die Sie, wenn Sie verlassen ich garantieren, sowohl von den Aromen und voll auf. Wir haben ein Sonntagsessen! Oh mein Wort, es war SO GOOD! Am Donnerstagabend haben wir gebucht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und einladend. Schade, dass ich nicht 6 Sterne geben kann. Gute Arbeit Geckos macht weiter, was du tust.

Cuatro de nosotros salimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa. las dos opciones eran solomillo de ternera o lomo de bacalao. dos tenían carne de res y dos tenían bacalao. ahora los dos comedores de pescado provienen de las hébridas, así que conoce su pescado. ambos coincidieron en que era el mejor bacalao que habían comido nunca. desde mi experiencia personal, la carne era excelente, cocinada a la perfección y servida con deliciosas papas, espinacas y jugo. servicio atento. la velada no pudo ser mejor. hemos tenido la suerte de reservar mesa para el almuerzo del domingo y ya estamos salivando. four of us went out to celebrate my wife's birthday. the two options were either filet from bark or velcro. two had bark meat and two had cod. now the two fish eaters come out of the hebrids to know their fish. both agreed that it was the best cod they had ever eaten. from my personal experience, the bark was excellent, cooked to perfection and served with delicious kartoffels, spinach and jus. the evening would not have been better. we have had the pleasure of booking a table for Sunday dinner and we are already alike.
