Carl's Jr. - Yakima

It was nearly 5 o'clock, with no other cars in line. I placed my order. The girl at the window was friendly, but the fries were cold and the burgers were not fresh or hot. There was too much gooey mayo and mustard in the packaging, and the salad was brown. It's clear why they are never busy - the food quality and handling are very poor. We will not be returning.

This restaurant started off on a good note but has now become the last resort. The service was terrible, with the person taking my order seeming angry and rushed. After my order was placed, they didn't say anything and made a mistake when accusing me of something. The manager, Barbara, was unprofessional and didn't resolve the issue. I ended up cancelling my order and speaking to another worker who finally helped me.

The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. We went out to eat after being home all day and found that an item was missing from our order. When we called to inquire about the missing item, the staff explained that it must have been stolen. We know that the item was packed and nothing was said when it was handed to us. As a paying customer, it's frustrating to not receive something we paid for. We won't be returning to this restaurant.

A terrible place to get food, one of the workers alejandra lopez I met here. I just ignored myself. later I found out she had a better looking guy. Maybe I would have been better looking for customer service 5 stars. also around 2012, a coworker called elvia barajas tried to fire me after work in my house at midnight

Okay I have always had good service good customer service. I gave it 3 because today I was missing 3 small fries from a 58 dollar Oder just so the manager can say I got them . Next time they should check the cámaras and not accusing a loyal customer so disappointed.
