Jack In The Box - Yakima

The staff was friendly, and while some of the food was fresh, others were not.

I do not recommend this Jack in the Box. The service was poor, and the prices were excessive. My order was incorrect and the food was cold. It seems like the oil needs to be changed.

We had a wonderful and patient waitress who was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was great!

They had a girl that gave my command to someone else and that someone else touched all my food and took it and then the girl come to us again and again and try to give us another order, we said politely that it wasn't my order then I went in and they didn't want to give back my money it was 61$and something cents and they also wanted me to have more minutes waiting for them to make them.

Horrible service so we went to by some food and placed a order for $67.31 and we want to pay with a $100 bill and they told they hand no change for that and asked if we had any other way of pay and we told them no how can they not have change for that amount they were so rude and said they couldn’t do anything so we could not get are food for are kids because of there issues at the company time 4:15pm on may/17/22 so we were Denied service I would never go back to that place and I would recommend everyone not to go to that place unless you are looking for horrible service if could put no stars I would but the app would not let me
