Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I ordered the Whiskey BBQ burger with grilled chicken and added bacon to it. Everything was cooked and prepared correctly as far as the burger goes. The only issue was I ordered fries and added extra fries to that order but never received the extra fries. So that was a bummer. If not for that mishap then I would have given them 5 start. Also ordered from ActiveMenus.

The customer service was commendable given how busy they were. However, they did forget our broccoli, and we only received two campfire sauce dips despite ordering five meals and a side of fries. They also almost forgot the sodas for the kids' meals, which we had to remind the server about while we were there. We discovered that some other items were missing only after we returned home. On a positive note, the food was hot and delicious, and I appreciate the variety of side options available with the meals.

9/02/2021 Another fantastic meal! They truly serve the best burgers in town. We also tried a pizza today; it was good, but I definitely prefer the burgers. 7/2021 Great service and reasonable prices for the food. The COVID-19 safety measures, including cleaning and spacing, made me feel comfortable dining indoors. I had the Bonzie burger, and it was wonderful!

The service was excellent from the moment we walked in until we left! The staff genuinely takes pride in their work! Our food arrived quickly and was served hot. And we can't forget about dessert... delicious!!! We will definitely be back!
