We wait for ten minutes, the waiters ignore us, the manager runs over, other guests push with his hands (Julia) not noticed us. I take the situation into my own hands, I tell the waiter (Vasily, Anton) to delete the table, to put two tables apart, as there are three of us. They do it with mourning in half (for details) almost crushing the child from the next table. They do not respond to the indignation of the mother. Now briefly: the waiter waited 6 minutes from the moment they requested the order. The order waited 55 minutes. The only thing they immediately brought was warm vodka (a submarine, the neighbors two minutes before us, they said it was not there) and water spilled after the water in the glass there was a source from the boiler. They showed a clean glass and a water change. In the next order, the waiter is essentially pressed to 10 minutes. Until I got the waiter Vasily. I can't go on because I find mistakes, only the restorer itself. Like a restoration. Go in the neck, sit and watch. Don't hit and don't cheat your city. If no one would recommend, don't go until they fix it. I can't lower it, there's only no such evaluation.
Beautiful interior, interesting building Japanese house . The dilapidated menu that immediately falls apart, the pages and photos are colored, there are no wet towels (they were in my opinion), long service (the Hookah was worn for 20 25 minutes, they promised fast, the rolls wait a long time), the waiter was often called. The fish with vegetables was dry and tasteless. The glasses were not rubbed. There were only 2 3 tables on Tuesday. In the general review, the restaurant was served much better, very tasty dishes, now I will not recommend it to anyone and I myself will not return there again. Hope everything gets better
The waiters waited very long. Ice brought half a ball when the waitress turned around, the waitress did it with a look as if she had free ice. The service quality leaves much to be desired. I don't think it's terrible, just because of the delicious Japanese cuisine. I also had to ask for tea to be brewed again, as there was only water in the first teapot.
This is a renamed Kitagawa. The same menu, the same interior. Only the name was changed. A business lunch ordered. 10 minutes later they brought tea bags. After another 20 minutes, the soup is tiny, which I swallowed in 1 minute. I'll wait for the next meal. 20 minutes. They didn't bring anything.
It was autumn, my wife and I decided to have dinner at the Matsuri restaurant. Because we have heard a lot about this place. It all started with the choice of location. We wandered there for about 15 minutes exactly. Either booked or something else. And finally, we were seated at a table next to the window towards the atrium. We waited another 15 minutes for the menu. And so, in anticipation of a delicious dinner, they quickly chose and waited for the waiter for another 15 minutes. And finally, she deigned to come up. But in those 15 minutes, she passed us probably 10 times. And every time we called her, she left talking in a minute. And then the fun began, we waited for our order for half an hour. If only the drinks were brought right away, no. The food was tasteless, cold and bland. For the first time I saw how a poor eel lies on dry rice. With a few drops of teriyaki sauce. The most interesting thing is further, we were not brought our rolls. And specifically to check the attentiveness of the waitress, I demanded a bill. They brought the bill, which was required to prove the rolls were included in the bill. I asked the waitress what was missing at our table. She thought for a long time, then looked into her notebook and remembered the rolls. She said she'll bring it now. But we no longer needed it. There was only one desire to get out of there as soon as possible. They called the administrator, after a couple of exclamations and exhalations, the rolls were nevertheless removed from the account. Having fully paid, they quickly ran away from there. Bottom line: The staff is slow, the food is not tasty. I do not recommend.
