Touen - Yamagata

Good. after the ski/snowboard dinner. eat good quality. is good enough. but after a full day of the ski you should see the options for next-courts (karage is great. basasi is smaller as expected.) owners are young from zao standard, it is good to see a new generation over the mountain.

The Yamagata Sukiyaki set for a person who is about 1200-1500 JPY. It was found quite affordable. Beef has a big sibling and was very delicate. I also added a sequence of chicken caraage that was just okay. They offer quite a lot of articles from shabu-shabu to gyudon and is very friendly for solo travelers.

It is a great place to enjoy Sukiyaki and Sake in full snow mountain top. Comfort Food and Vibe is good. You have a lot to choose.

The shabushabu is excellent. It has a ponzu type of sauce that goes very good with the meat ans vegetables. The nikomi taste great and the meat that comes with it is very soft.

Nice option to have dinner in Zao, great place with delicious food, suggest for make reservation first to avoid wait for while.
