The first thing that takes my attention to any dhaba is the accompanying pickle and chili. he had both, and also yams. we ordered a thali and glazing court. for happiness did not float the food in an oil pool that impressed me. the food was cooked in house style and the whole weeping phulka as very good. but the use of curry leaves in some directed surprised me, adapting to local taste perhaps. even the accompanying stirring fry chili had curry leaves in them! the show was but the thick leti, silky smooth and rich. next on my list is the aloo paratha
Decent prices, okay eating. but there was nothing rajasthani about it could be because we have ordered jeera rice, kadhai paneer, and dal fry, of which no rajasthani really are! anyway. too many curry leaves in the rice; too many chili slices in rice and curry; taste was ok. the prices are quite decent, and this is the main reason why I will probably try them again this time they will try the Marwari dishes and see how they say goodbye.
This was a new (alter) place that was renovated. does not have the opportunity to dinate, but, ordered phulka and mix veg for a farewell. the phulka was soft and the mixture veg was simply amazing. the best part was, there were five different vegetables along with wiper and cashew and it tasted perfect. the cost are not much and it is definitiw pocket-friendly.
This is one authentic place in Vizag with some pure flavour of rajasthani and north indian food. This place has good tawa paranthas and a boggling range of veg curries to accompany. The thali here is popular as well especially during lunch which is very economical and light. The cons are obviously it's ambience and neatness. Do try their makhaniya lassi if you are a lassi fan like me
