They have the option to only accept order and pay deliveries, which means the driver will place the order and pay while at the restaurant, but they are either too greedy or too incompetent to do this. Currently, they waste a minimum of 10-15 minutes of each delivery contractors time on every single pickup. Then their sweaty managers act like they are the boss of the entire delivery process, “yeah no we don’t do that here, we wait until a driver arrives.”“Yeah uhhh no.” You agreed to accept UberEats orders, that means you agree to the UberEats contract, which states you are to begin preparing the order so that it is ready in a timely manner right around the time the driver gets there. Not only do drivers not get paid by the hour, there are often batched deliveries. Drivers cannot stand around for 15 minutes because not only is it a loss of income, there is often another customers order from a different restaurant waiting in their car. If they were to waste 15 minutes waiting for amigos to do the job that was already supposed to be done, they aren’t just losing money, the other customer’s food is sitting in their car getting cold/melting and the only reason Uber even sent them to amigos on a batched delivery is because they are not anticipating Amigos to be willfully violating the contract. If Amigos had the decency to only accept order and pay deliveries like many restaurants do, the wait time is factored in, the compensation is different, and these things do not happen.
Purchased microwavable meal from local convenience store. You shouldn't put lettuce in food products prior to microwaving. Maybe put the lettuce on the side like you do the salsa ranch.
These people in aorpark dont know how to give customer service. They are rude. Pay no attention that we get a half hour for lunch. Shut em down
I pulled into your Drive thru at 8:13 pm May 5 for the Cinco de mayo special I was told it stopped at 8pm. I thought it was all day. No where on signage or the billboards running in Omaha did it have a time limit. So I took a picture of both the highway sign and the store sign. As I was driving away the guy behind me also asked the same question...
