Minervas Grill Convention Center

I enjoy discovering hidden gems in small towns like this one. The bar area was fantastic, and the bartender was wonderful. We both loved our drinks. My wife ordered a steak, while I had the walleye, and both dishes were delicious. We walked over from the KOA campground. If you find yourself in town and looking for a nice place to eat, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Showed up as huge group on night of only 2 servers. We broke up in smaller groups Nd were seated. Food was fabulous. Everything from nachos appetizer to walleye dinner, fish chips, pork chops was fantastic. Drinks were awesome. Chelsea did fabulous job serving too. Highly recommend!

2nd time eatting here and was delicious. Soup and sandwiches great lunch and dinner selection. Super clean and great customer services.

Is this 5 star dining? No. Is this you 're tired from traveling and you want a drink and drunchies ? Yes. Staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Got mules, nachos, and a burger. Drinks were tasty and did the trick and the food was great boring bar food. The fries were good. Nachos were tasty chips with nacho cheese and some toppings. Got cheesecake to go and it was great for later.

I ordered the steak Michael with high expectations of an explosion of spices on my pallet with rank bite...not so. While it was cooked to taste perfection, if lacked any pizzazz of flavor...I even tried to add salt.... The mushroom caps rocked, as they were caps for 55- gallon drums!!!! The house cabernet was the delightful hit of the evening...as was the attentive staff. I would return, to try a non-steak entree.
