Went to this place on two consecutive nights , and I really did enjoy the ambience and the nice old numbers being sung by the live band. Really soothing after hearing club numbers for so long. The lounge is located in the palm beach hotel and the location is ideal if youre coming from the RK beach , I walked down from the Novotel and it took me precisely 30 mins along the beach. I primarily came here to have a few drinks and they have a BOGO offer on all beverages. Unfortunately though they just had Kinhfisher Premium in the beer section and thats quite bad if you ask me. Service is great ! Warm and friendly . Food on the other hand is a bit of a miss, it's crazily priced for a hotel of this class, and it almost makes you wonder if you should just drink here and leave. Which by the way is exactly what I did the first night. Though on the 2nd night I was quite famished and u proceeded to order the cheapest thing on the menu which was a Warm Chicken Salami Salad which was for 195++. Yes this was the cheapest , even a small bowl of peanut masala was for 215 . And just my luck, they said they didn't have Salad, I called the manager and insisted that I am strictly on a salad diet (should have been on a spending diet) and he was kind enough to have Salami replaced with Sausages . Sweet fellow, served with a smile . The salad itself was just about alright , though with a generous helping of chicken . Overall would surely visit this place again if I'm in Vizag !
