Yesterday I ordered a cake for 30 people and it was very good. When I went to order again today, I was shocked at the price they quoted for a cake for 10 people. I mentioned that I had ordered a larger cake before, but the staff were disrespectful and insisted I pay the higher price. It was disappointing to receive such poor customer service from the boss himself, just minutes after our initial conversation.

We purchased a cake for a birthday celebration, but were disappointed with the quality. The cream inside the cake had a foul odor when we cut into it. Despite being visually unappealing, we attempted to eat it, but ultimately 10 people refused to finish their slices. We raised our concerns to the staff, who were unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, we were dissatisfied with our experience and questioned whether we could get a refund for the disappointing cake.
