Shustov - Yekaterinburg

Eating in shustow was so delicious and cheap that I went back to the restaurant twice. they have English menu and English speaking waiter/waxsin. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if they visit yekaterinburg. the service in this restaurant is impeccable and I love the facility of the restaurant.

Cozy, beautiful, authentic. if you want to spend a quiet evening with your family and friends and enjoy good eating - this is the place. there is a baby corner with toys to occupy their children. the toilets are super right. beautiful selection of drinks and desserts.

Classic, slightly theatrical interior. There is a children's corner, on weekends a nanny is on duty. Of the dishes, I was literally shocked by fried potatoes with mushrooms, they are deliciously tasty and just as deliciously fatty The beef steak is juicy and fluffy. The herring under the fur coat was quite common in terms of taste. And borscht is served with buns of unprecedented deliciousness, which easily overshadows the taste of borscht itself. Из блюд меня буквально потрясла жареная картошка с грибами, она восхительно вкусная и столь же восхительно жирная Бифштекс из говядины сочен и пышен. Селедка под шубой была довольно обычная в плане вкуса. А борщ подается с булочками небывалой вкусноты, которая легко затмевает вкус самого борща. Вернусь на жареную картошку!

The staff is clearly generally unfriendly, feeling like everyone is tired of life. Well, except for Anton. But the atmosphere that was before is still present. Desserts are generally good, except for crème brulee, it is just disgusting, not only did it fail to make a caramel crust on it. So it is still practically tasteless and greasy. The reference crème brulee was visible only in the panorama from Zinoviev. Return the oriental sweetness instead, there was such a dessert before. Another pleasant thing, my card is still valid and a discount has been passed on it, although I received the card in general 8 years ago I will put 5, but of course Не был уже лет 5 или 6. Раньше было моё любимое место, постоянно ходил сюда. Потом как то что то разошлись пути. Вчера зашёл, мимоходом сладкого поесть, все как всегда хорошо. Официант Антон который обслуживал на высоте. Молодец. Официант Владимир какой то панибратский стиль общения выбрал. Персонал явно вообще неприветливый, ощущение будто все устали от жизни. Ну окромя Антона. Но атмосфера которая была раньше все равно присутствует. Десерты в принципе хороши, кроме крем брюле, он прям мерзкий, мало того что карамельную корочку так и не удалось сделать на нем. Так он ещё практически безвкусный и жирный. Эталонный крем брюле был видимо только в панораме от зиновьева. Верните заместо него восточную сладость, был такой раньше десерт. Ещё из приятных мелочей, моя карта до сих пор действует и по ней прошла скидка, хотя карту я получал вообще лет 8 назад ставлю 5, но с натяжечкой конечно
