The place is not bad for rest both for family and for young people. The beach has sun loungers and gazebos. There are enough places, but with a large influx of people for dinner, there is no place to find. Cozy area near the bar, BUT! We ordered chicken kebab, clarified how many pieces go to the indicated weight on the menu, we were told 4 5, in the end 3! We do not walk with scales, but it seems that we cheated with weight! Aperol diluted, paid 185 UAH, the menu says 170 UAH! Bar and kitchen just a mess!!!
I will share my impressions. Went in with my husband, sat down... we waited 5 minutes, 10... no one brought the menu. They took it themselves (not gold). I wanted something tasty from the grill. Came with friends to rest on 10.08, but it was not possible to rest as planned. At 17:00 there was no light, they gave it the next day at 7:00 in the morning. The products have spoiled. The apology did not wait for such inconvenience. The houses were paid for in full. There was also a very unpleasant incident at check-in, where the administrator behaved badly. We rented two houses, we had a large company where we needed one more table, we moved it from another house that was rented. The administrator ran to us shouting and began to say in raised tones that we should take the table to where they took it. Without an apology, without clarifying the information, what and how, because we agreed two Sundays behind this table that we will move it to the house, where we will sit. Also, there should have been two breakfasts per room, when we went to pick them up, they said that there would be only one, we found on the website that it was indicated that there were still two breakfasts per room, not one, and only after that they gave them. Total zero for service and attitude to customers.
