The most disgusting Cappuccino and Frappuccino I have ever tried. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for that two cups..

The place itself is very nice and cozy, food is ok, a bit pricey, but the service is so poor. Each time I've visited the place, the waiters either forgot about some orders, or brought sth else instead and they were not acting as if that was their mistake. Please work a bit on your service and the vibe of your waiters.
