My pizza and wings were amazing. Sadly, I can't say the same for customer service. When i was taking my order my order the girl rudely rolled her eyes and made me feel very uncomfortable. I seemed to be rushed and i'm the DAMN CUSTOMER. THIS WILL BE LAST TIME ORDERING FROM HAVEN'S MY EXPERENCE WAS RUINED.

Was excited to visit this place as family that lives by comes here often and raves about the food. The food itself was worthy of a 5 star review. The pizza was excellent. The loaded fries and fried pickles were also very good. However... a few issues drop the rating to a 3 at least for now. First of all... we understand that a larger group takes some time but the service was fairly slow even with that... and required several reminders to not forget the salads. One of their sodas was out at first... and then another one. No indication that they could fix this. Asking to split the bill also seemed to be a foreign request to them. I get the urge to have a broad menu, but I get the sense that this place is forgetting their identity as a pizza place in order to offer many other things. My advice would be to stick what they do best and make sure they are the best at it. This could easily be a 4 or 5 star place, but needs a little kick with a boot to get there.

I love this place. People are great. Local business that is needed and is part of the community. However, there are a few things that I'd like to point out. Chicken Wings must have sauce on them. An abundant amount. Supreme to me means just that. By definition; The highest, the greatest, most excellent. The pictures show my disappointment as there is minimal toppings rather than Supreme. Again, I love going here and it is has tasty food, excellent help from people with wonderful attitudes. They just need to think about quantity of quality rather than margins.
