Afuri Yokohama Joinus

I tried the vegan rams today! it felt more like a sweet soup with noodles than a ram, but so domestic, healthy, light and tasty. that will be my health-time convenience food.

Since boarder’s are open many vegan options are coming back. We checked Yokohama Joinus and Afuri has their Rainbow 100% vegan ramen back!!! Enjoy!

Afuri's ramen is different from the norm, to say the least. Their broth has a yuzu base, so it tastes sour. The ramen as a whole tastes light and refreshing because of its citrus flavour. Contrary to most other ramen, Afuri is a refreshing step away from the ramen that you will taste. However, I can't say all will enjoy it. So do think carefully if you would like to have a meal here.

Had to queue for a while, the noodle is nice enough but everything tastes of Yuzu kosho and this wasn 't what I wanted in my Shio ramen....yes the menu said 'yuzu kosho Shio ramen but maybe I should try the soy sauce one if I go back.

Yuzu ramen is so tasty to me! if they don't like yuzu, this place isn't for them. I only had the ranch (spic) version and I love it. they do not offer the vegetarian version at this place, as far as I can say, what is unhappy, as I wanted to take some vegetarian friends. the meat (I think, pork bell) is also delicious! lately they had a special design beer that was also good. there is often a line here, but if I have been, it goes fast. a must try if they like yuzu! update: recently went back and they had the vegetarian option.
