The atmosphere was relaxed and the smooth jazz was a lovely touch. The menu was clear, and the food was prepared quickly. Ordered ramen, tanmen, and gyoza, and they were all absolutely delicious for a great price. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
The taste of the ramen was quite good and I enjoyed my lunch at the restaurant. The background jazz added a relaxing element to the place and the appearance was quite beautiful. The customer service wasn’t disrespectful, but wasn’t exactly welcoming either. Overall, good food for a relatively cheap price.
Visited in 2017 before the Great Reset. Best Ramen I have ever had, period. The yuzu notes as you go deeper in the soup were a delicious surprise! Friendly staff. That soup cost me a little bit more than a thousand yen, but it must have become more expensive because of reasons obvious...
The 担々麺 is pretty comparable to the one at the Chinese restaurant inside the Yokohama Sheraton
This is the best ramen I’ve had in Yokohama to date. Every aspect is amazing. The richness of the pork broth, the melt in your mouth pork itself, the unique division of layers in their trademark ramen has a pork bone flavor on top, while deeper in the soup it develops seafood notes that meld surprisingly well together. The travesty of this place is that it’s operated mostly by Chinese staff, and because there are still far too many racist Japanese folks these days, this place doesn’t get the patronage that it deserves versus less tasty but Japanese owned establishments. Deserves all 5 stars. Come show them some love. You won’t regret it.
