Feedback gevenEnglish 横浜馬車道駅にあるラクシスフロントに8/5にオープンしたばかりの『ユニバーサルダイニングONE』に行ってきました。 店の入り口で検温を受け、アルコール消毒をしてから席に案内されました。スタッフさん全員がマスクを着用していて、接客態度は文句無しで完璧でした! みなとみらいが一望出来る、見晴らしの良い店内で、とても開放的です。今回注文したのは“ランチA”のコースで¥2800(税別 です。 料理の前に出されたオリーブオイルをつけて食べるフォカッチャと米粉のパンは、どちらも甲乙つけ難く美味しかったです。 選べるコースの料理は勿論はヴィーガンのものをチョイス。前菜にコーンスープ、次にパスタ、デザートにライムの香りが爽やかなパイナップルのコンポート、食後にコーヒーを頼みました。 早過ぎず遅過ぎない絶妙なタイミングで、料理を運んできてくれました。また、テーブル担当のスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで好感が持てました。 食後にマネージャーさんが来て、このレストランの料理に使用しているオリーブオイルをひとり一本ずつプレゼントされました。先着10組限定だそうで、とても嬉しかったです! 会計後そのマネージャーさんに「ヴィーガンオプションを増やして欲しい」と伝えると、「皆さんに喜んでもらえる様に頑張ります」と答えてくれました。 値段は少し張りますが、日々のストレスを忘れさせてくれる価値のあるレストランです。 是非一度足を運んでみてください! Universal Dining ONE opened in Bashamichi on August 5th, with the goal of being a restaurant anyone can enjoy. Their menu can accommodate just about anyone, be they non-vegan, halal, vegetarian, or... vegan! When we arrived, they asked us to sanitize our hands and did a temperature check, then showed us to our seats. The dining room is spacious, with a stunning view of the city. I bet it’s truly amazing at night. We got Lunch Course A, which came with bread and olive oil, soup, pasta, and pineapple compote for dessert. The portions weren’t huge, but every dish was delicious. The spaghetti in particular was fantastic. The servers and cooks were all so kind and polite, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. And the manager even came and gave us a free bottle of olive oil, just because we were one of their first customers of the day. Wow!! At 2800 yen, our meal was a lot more than what we’d normally pay, but you really get what you pay for at Universal Dining ONE. It’s the perfect place for a date night or other special occasion. Following the advice of a previous reviewer, I called ahead to inquire about vegetarian dinner options at this restaurant. The individual I spoke with confirmed that they could prepare a vegan dinner course. The meal was truly delightful and beautifully presented. It's worth noting that, while this is not a vegan establishment, their chef was able to create a delicious dish without traditional vegan proteins like tofu. Trust that the chef knows what they're doing when it comes to flavor.

The person I spoke to verified with the kitchen and informed me that they could accommodate a vegan dinner course A. The meal was delicious and expertly presented. It's worth mentioning that this restaurant is not specifically vegan, so don't expect typical vegan proteins like tofu. However, the chef does a great job creating flavorful dishes.
The restaurant no longer offers a vegan menu for dinner as of November 2021. However, the staff graciously made a vegan course meal for my husband and me to enjoy. The meal consisted of fresh, local produce and was quite sophisticated. Standout dishes included the perfectly seasoned steamed spinach, whole wheat bread, and roasted shiitake mushroom. One of the waiters was fluent in English and ensured our dining experience was pleasant. A tip for coffee drinkers: remember to specify no milk when placing your order!
