Vegetus - Yokohama

This was the dining standout of Japan. The flavors were exquisitely blended, resulting in a truly vegan delight that was made with love. The chef was fantastic and hospitable. I encourage all food lovers to try this menu. It was unpredictable and very affordable. Japanese wine isn't my preference, but the beer was good.

Everything we had was beautiful, lovely and tasty. the owner did everything himself while he was very friendly and thoughtful. I just wish we had more hunger to eat more. it was pricier than an average dinner, but one of the best vegan meals we ever had.

This restaurant serves exceptionally prepared and presented dishes. The vegan cuisine is exemplary and has the potential to inspire other establishments. The atmosphere could be warmer, but it is a peaceful little place with a focus on the food. I highly recommend it.

Phenomenal. was not able to do the full cure, because had not time, but the cook accentuated and fixed me some delicious appetizers. I can't wait to go back. fyi- they can be casual, but it's a nice mood in the room.

Mind-blowing vegan food! In Japan! Need I say more? No, but I'm going to. The restaurant setting is contemporary, elegant in its simplicuty, and cozy. The owner is extremely gracious, and an inspired chef. Our meal was presented on the most exquisite handmade dishes. Each delecacy more delicious than the last. My favorites were the peanut hajiki salad and the millet cream with almond tuiles. Oh my gosh, and the BREAD!Delicious wine was recommended to go with the meal. Eating here was an incredible and memorable experience. Why contribute to animal suffering when there is food like this available?? EAT HERE!!
