Sunabe Gyros - Yomitan

I had a great time at this restaurant and have returned multiple times. The food is delicious and served quickly. The owner is fluent in English and we had a lovely conversation in both English and Japanese. He was very helpful in suggesting vegan options. I have tried both the Pita Sandwich and Falafel sandwich combinations and enjoyed them. The 5 piece Gluten-free Falafels were a nice addition to the pita bread and hummus.

I recently tried the vegan falafel at this restaurant in Sunabe for lunch and was very impressed! While they do serve meat, they are happy to make a fully vegan version upon request. The falafel reminded me of the ones I used to enjoy at Opa in North America. I even got a second one to take away and it stayed fresh until the next evening. Additionally, the hot sauce they offer is also vegan.

Simple but delicious vegan pita falafel, impeccable service, felt right at home and very well taken care of. We will definitely be back.

Simple place, but very tasty vegan pita falafel, convenient service, felt at home and very well received, we will certainly be back.
