Cinnabon - Yonkers

The Cinnabon in Kreuz-Kreishaus opened 45 minutes late at 10:00. The worker did not communicate when they would be ready, leaving us waiting in the cold. It is common courtesy to inform customers of any changes in hours. We do not recommend returning to this establishment as they are not trustworthy. Additionally, they should not disconnect the phone.

The restaurant closed two hours earlier than what was advertised online. When I went today at 7:30, a guy was sitting behind the counter on his phone with the door closed and the place already cleaned. (Wednesday)

I requested a grouper at the restaurant and inquired about the availability of the four pack. They informed me that they only had the nine and 16 packs. I was surprised that they didn't have smaller options available. Additionally, I noticed fresh rolls sitting idle in the display case and wondered why they couldn't just serve those instead.

Service was super fast and the pasteries are so good

“Sorry our machine is not working” even tho I seen people comming out with drinks , very lazy and they love to lie just come to haagen dazs there much much better and much more respectful also Cinnabon I seen the employees sneezing so goodluck
