Dunkin' - Yonkers

The person at the register seemed confused about the process. I had a reward for a free breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a medium coffee, but he told me I couldn't use it unless I added a credit card to the Dunkin app. To make matters worse, he ended up charging me for the free sandwich and gave me a hard time when I asked for a refund. If I decide to go back, I'll make sure to place my order for pickup.

This is my favorite Dunkin' location. My girlfriend and I often stop by here before heading out for the day on weekends. It's a good idea to place our orders ahead of time using the Dunkin' Donuts mobile app. We usually get in and out quickly and rarely have to wait for our food. The breakfast and coffee have remained consistently good over the years.

The parking lot is a nice feature, but that's where the positives end. Everything else was quite disappointing. There were two employees; one appeared to know how to do their job, while the other seemed disoriented and confused. Their communication was unclear, which left us uncertain about whether our order was taken correctly. The counters were dirty, and I noticed that they didn’t change their gloves between handling cash and preparing baked goods. I will not return to this establishment, and I sincerely hope that corporate or an inspector pays a visit before someone gets seriously ill. It's worth driving a little further to find a better option.

Rory dolan is a great Irish restaurant and spot. I know rory since he came to ny many years ago. he was a hardworking bartender in manhattan before he opened rory dolans restaurant. it is always one of my first stations when I visit ny.
