Feedback gevenGone here many times in the past, which was great. Seems like maybe new owners, waited 20 min for 2 bagel sandwiches paid 20 dollars to get them home and have the wrong sandwiches. Called to see if I could get the correct order but nobody picked up the phone. Don?t need to come back.
The worst customer service ever! The workers will walk right pass you like your not supposed to be there. They change the prices all the time depending on who rings you up. I always have to wait 10 mins+ to get one bagel. The owner has no control, and the workers don?t care.
I just updated my 5 star review to a 1 star review because you can't give a NO star review. This was one of the best breakfast spots in Yonkers. So sad how this reputable business has turned into a no go for me. Since changing owners, this place hasn't gotten not one of my phone orders correct. Well, that's if they even have it when I get there. I've placed orders over the phone and when I get there, there's no order with my name. It was a pleasure going here prior to the newownership. I hope the previous owner is somewhere enjoying his retirement! We miss you. -A concerned Samaritan
New owners and its terrible. 1st if the customer service is horrible, the girl that takes the orders is rude and nasty. If you don't like your job, maybe find a new one. We used to order breakfast to my job everyday. Now they get the simplest orders wrong. Either missing items, orders completely wrong, the list goes on. Very disappointing
Not sure if there's new owners or what here but my last couple experiences have been terrible. Today takes the prize though. Went in and ordered a hobo sandwich on a hero. That sandwich consists of 3 eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, cheese and either home fries or has browns. I get home and open the wrapping and I have home fries on a hero that's it. So I call let them know I'll be coming back even tho it's inconvenient and get a new one I didn't ask for anything back just wantedthe sandwich correct. Go back make the exchange was a little surprised they didn't offer a coffee or something for their mess up but whatever. Sooooo I get home open my sandwich and guess what? This time I got egg whites and tomatoes withhome fries on a hero. Yes I know should have checked the second time. I call back again and this time I said I'll be coming in for a refund and anew sandwich ok? And the guy on the phone said no problem. I get to the deli and there is nosandwich made he just hands me my money and says I didn't hear you say another sandwich too and offers to make it right then I didn't have time to wait so I said eff it took my money and left. Even if I hadn't asked for another sandwichwhich I did you should want to make it right after making someone drive back and forth 3 times. Just terrible. Oh his excuse was the chef was in training and had given me the healthy hobo which isn't found anywhere on any menu.
