Tomo Japanese Cuisine - Yonkers

This was my second time ordering. The sushi is really good. We got a fish shaped flower this time too. So cute ??The rock shrimp tempura was great as well. The spring rolls were just ok, but still a very great sushi experience! The white fish was so buttery! So delicious!

Food was good, but I have had better here. The rolls were fresh and well put together. Yonkers roll is the best. Also ordered gorilla and Kani. Sweet potato could have been crunckier. Shrimp and mango needed no sauce very fresh and tasty. Kani salad was delicious.

Hands down the best sushi in Yonkers. Always fresh and never leaving still hungry. We got the kani salad and the sushi sashimi for 2. Good price for everything you?re getting!

The people who work here seem nice friendly, just service is a bit slow. At first, I thought the sushi was good/ok so I ordered again since it’s close to me and convenient. But I don’t know, something about the taste each time has put me off. The sushi doesn’t taste that great. The spicy crab roll is decent. But the pork gyoza with the sauce does not taste right, and the first bite I took I felt something hard inside. Freaks me out about the meat inside and what that could have been. Grounded meat mixed with bone, cartilage? Ugh, no thanks
