It seems that they do not accept walk-in customers. They prioritize online orders over in-person orders, so if you walk in, be prepared to wait as they will make your order in line with all the online orders. When I went in the morning, they informed me it would take 10-15 minutes just to make my drink because they have other app orders to fulfill first. It is recommended to place your order through the app to avoid a long wait if you decide to walk in.

I was blown away by the stunning and one-of-a-kind interior of this restaurant! It's incredibly elegant and I don't understand why other places don't have similar decor. The drinks are consistently delicious and well-made. My personal favorites are the mango dragon fruit refresher and white mocha frap. The service is excellent as well, with drinks typically ready in 8-15 minutes and presented beautifully.

Every time I come here after placing my order through the app, my drink is never ready.

The staff here is always very friendly, and I appreciate that the girl behind the counter wears a mask. I also wear one because I am immune-compromised.
