Feedback gevenI ordered the Char Siu soy sauce ramen with boiled egg topping and gyoza. The gyoza had a plain, average taste, but it was delicious. As for the Char Siu soy sauce ramen, I was surprised by the large amount of Char Siu when I first saw it. It's rare to see so much meat on top, isn't it? The soup had a gentle and slightly fishy flavor. Personally, I don't like fishy flavors, but surprisingly, I ended up finishing the soup completely. The noodles were like soba noodles, which I'm not a big fan of. The service and guidance from the staff were very polite and I had a good impression. Thank you very much.
I went to Jukyo to eat ramen when I went there on 3/7. Despite it being 1:30 PM on a Monday, the parking lot was full. Of course, the restaurant was also packed. Is this really a famous place? I bought miso ramen and gyoza from the ticket machine. The noodles were thick, but the soup was different from normal miso ramen. A pork bone-flavored miso?? It had a unique and delicious taste that I couldn't find elsewhere! The chashu was also delicious, and the gyoza was decent. I definitely want to try the most popular soy sauce ramen next time.
Limited Edition Kombu Dipping Noodles for 950 yen. It comes with condiments such as wasabi, salt, and yuzu that I wasn't sure how to use. The noodles were served with three types of chashu, but I couldn't identify the differences in taste. The soup was supposed to be mixed with kombu water, but it ended up getting cold and didn't taste very good. While I was attracted to the limited edition dish, the soy sauce broth was delicious, making me think I would have been better off ordering regular ramen. The portion size was on the smaller side.
