Fancy Hank's - York

The service was delightful and the cocktails were excellent. The food was delicious, although the menu only offered three vegan options, so there wasn't a lot of variety.

The vegan options at this restaurant are great. I have tried the mushrooms on toast for brunch and they also offer vegan mac, burgers, and jackfruit stew in the evenings, all of which are delicious. Although it's not on the menu, they have dairy-free milks (almond, oat, and soy) for hot drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered vegan milkshakes, made with vegan milk and ice cream topped with vegan squirty cream. These were a lovely dessert option. I would recommend this place for both daytime and evening dining.

I didn't have high expectations, but the vegan mac and cheese at this restaurant was surprisingly delicious! Although, I do wish they had more options for vegan desserts.

Great food, not too busy in the restaurant, service was absolutely fine. Just got a bit noisy later on due to a crowd of lads in the back room. Will definitely be back though, great value for money

Totally happy with my first visit and have already recommended to others .. I really likes all of the food and I recommend getting a side of mac and cheese .. I will be back ASAP
