Feedback gevenOrdered to Aviva via just eat I don't really eat a lot of SubWay but I wasnt too hungry so ordered on break and arrived within 15 minutes. The sandwich was quality better than SubWay was years ago. Never been to the Subway in particular in person but as the quality goes I don't understand the bad reviews.
Rude lady served me, over charged me for a packet of crisps which I bought from Sainsbury’s across the road, missed half the toppings I asked for. No customer service given at all so rude
The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here my wrap has arrived warmed up (so is soggy when I open it) when I’ve indicated that I DO NOT want it to be grilled. Several times they’ve left cookies off the order too. Honestly, 75% of the time my 2-person order arrives wrong.
One of my usual subways however coming here doesnt seem worth my time as I was used to renees lovely greetings, but since i no longer see her around im greeted now by an older gentleman employee who is very rude and seems to make careless mistakes with my sandwich every time. not worth the customer service anymore :
The employees at this restaurant were consistently disrespectful towards my husband, despite our attempts to be understanding. We used to be regular patrons, but today's experience was particularly awful. A female staff member started yelling at my husband to order from outside the shop without providing any explanation. When he tried to clarify, she continued to yell at him without showing any regard for his questions or concerns. When he asked her to treat him with more kindness as a customer, she showed no interest in accommodating him. As a result of this unpleasant encounter, we have decided that we will not be ordering from Subway again.
