The Good Food Shop - York

I visited the restaurant to buy some groceries for my weekly shopping. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was great. The products also tasted delicious.

I ordered a food hamper from The Good Food Shop for my birthday celebration and for only £5 per person, we received an abundance of high-quality food. The hamper was carefully packed in a 'cool' box and included a wonderful variety of items. As I wanted my guests to have a great dining experience, not just snack on cheaper options, The Good Food Shop was the perfect choice. It made the occasion much easier for me as I simply had to take the food out of the fridge and serve it. Special thanks to Carol for putting this together for me, I highly recommend The Good Food Shop.

I 've avoided this deli for year, but desperation made me go in. Expecting the worst, I received the best. I didn 't know the shop had been modernised recently and gave me a completely different experience a great welcome, lots of help and a 'can do ' atmosphere. I wanted a cheese platter for 8 people and the result far surpassed all expectation. Carefully selected cheeses, perfectly wrapped and a wonderful selection. I will definitely be a regular customer there from now on.

This is a fantastic local Deli, now it is under new management, it has great customer service and still has amazing food. Love the cheese selection (Black Bomber is the bomb) and the new cake selections. Awesome food heaven for a foodie.
