Eating was shockingly bad. avoid eating. no table service, order was over app and half was missing and what we got was cold and bad quality. the table manager did her best to fix the problems, but it was all terrible. the venue has a beautiful atmosphere and the band was good and fun.

I had booked a table and they had no record about it, although I had an email booking confirmation. many things that we have asked that they have not. the food took an hour to come. there were people who had ordered before us to get their food. the cute didn't come when I asked that I bit my head, then had to wait more.

After the walk into the city walls, so had worked a little bit dry! very comfortable seating for my tired legs. and a lot of seats are available as there are two etagens and a beer garden. in the ground floor there is also a pool table, and there are everywhere screens that show sport, so it is a good pub for sports fans. eating is not yet tried, but the wings have caught my eye. £15 for 30 wings with a selection of sauce, I'm trying to go back, just for that!

We visited during a last trip to york. we were so impressed that we have been here twice. the pub is pleasant and clean. the service was friendly. we liked the fact that they can order via an app on the table. eating was very high quality and tasteful. the menu has many choices. we also liked how the stalls feel a sportable. we will definitely come back.

Beautiful large, well-run pub, sunken back garden that keeps you out of the wind. A decent selection of beers including a few Cask-Ales. Loading screens for sport. Clean toilets. The house can't blame. Quality Pub
