Applebee's Grill - York

I ordered a double burger, specifying fried onions, with no lettuce and no tomatoes. When it arrived, I was surprised at how small it looked. It came with pickles and mayo, which I don’t remember being listed as part of the burger, and instead of the fried onions I asked for, there were raw onions. The server was friendly, but he walked past our table at least six times without noticing my empty cup. He did refill my wife's drink but neglected to ask if I wanted one— I had to ask for it myself. When I finally got my glass, it didn’t have a straw. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet the server frequently disappeared for long stretches. I even overheard a woman complaining about being overcharged, and it seemed like the hostess was on break, leaving no one to cover her duties. Unfortunately, the food this time was not as good as I’ve had during previous visits to this location. I felt the portion sizes and overall quality of the food didn’t justify the price. I doubt we will return, at least not to this location.

This is my favorite local spot for a delicious burger and a cold beer. Applebee's would really benefit from rebranding itself as a Bar and Grill, as the bar area is the ideal place for quick service, enjoyable conversations, and a satisfying meal at a fair price. The bartenders here are fantastic!

I stumbled while getting out of the car, and within moments, Robert M., one of the waiters, was there to help me up. He promptly went inside to fetch a chair for me to sit on. As our server, he provided us with exceptional attention throughout our meal. The food was delicious and served promptly. The all-you-can-eat boneless chicken wings were fantastic!

Worst place to visit! Racists!!! My family and I went today Sunday, September 18, 2022 around 6:00pm, the server told us that we have to wait like 2 minutes, until they clean the tables for us. So, we was waiting inside in the waiting area, like she said. They was not busy and the restaurant it was not crowded. We wait like 20 minutes and she gave table to all the families that was coming in. She make eye contact with us in every moment, but she never told us anything. She was giving tables to all white people. It’s the worst place to visit. We went before to the one is in Lancaster and they did never treated us like that. We leave without ordering anything!

Went with my daughter and wife to have diner, the lady at the front told us that it would be like 2 minutes while they clean the table for us. We sat down with no rush, I don’t mind waiting a bit. But more people cam in and they lady sat them down asap. At first I thought Ok maybe they were in the waiting list so I was cool… the restaurant was not that full it was like 6pm) but this happen like 3 times and they a group of 5 people came in, and no they were not in a waiting list and this lady sat them down… I dont like to make scenes or argue. So I got up and left. This is unacceptable…
