Burger King - York

Save your time and money. Ordered whopper meal in drive thru and waited 26 mins for meal. Had only tea or juice as drinks. Dirty and nasty.

0 stars was not an option or that's what they would get. Started off as the only person in the drive thru and there was one couple eating inside. After 5 minutes waiting at the window I was asked to pull around as they were waiting on fries. After 20 minutes of that I went in and asked for a refund. No apology, no explanation, no effort what so ever.They still charged me for the drink. I marked other below where it asks (What did you get?)because nothing wasn't an option.

Waited 20 minutes for our food. No other customers. Food was cold when we got it. Don't recommend this location. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered 3 whoppers 1 with no pickle 2 with cheese. Whopper with no pickle got pickle one has double cheese and the other had no cheese. They remade the one without cheese. They are out of ketchup packs so they gave us a cup of ketchup. The service was great though. The kid with blonde hair and black shirt was the enjoyment of our visit. Very kind very polite and was very helpful. That kid needs a raise. You should be happy to have such a great employee on your team

This was my first time ever to York, NE. I told my dad we needed to visit here because when I came here last May I was supposed to make this city and the Burger King my last stop an hour before I drove to his home. This was the only direction I had not traveled to or from my dad's home. Well, I finally made it here! After about a 50 minute drive, my dad and I arrived here and I placed a mobile order for the small two whopper, 2 medium fries, and 2 medium drinks special. It's my dad's favorite meal and he really loves BK. They cooked our burgers perfectly. Lettuce, pickles, tomato all fresh... minus onions because I am allergic to them! Fries were also made great! We both had the sugar free lemonade which was pretty good . Since we were still celebrating my dad's birthday, I got him a Hershey chocolate pie slice. He gave me a couple little bites and it was yummy! The restaurant was very clean inside. We enjoyed our comfortable visit here. My dad even said the restroom was pretty clean. Last but not least, the employees were very friendly and didn't take long to get our orders ready. We ended up getting a 2nd order to go for the road and my mom at their home. Thank you BK York for a wonderful visit!
