Dirty as anything. Ordered salads they were HORRIBLE. greens tasted like grass, crutons stale, even the dressing was horrible. Onions/tomatoes were bad with brown spots on them. Called was very kind said we werent happy with them and we would gladly bring them back. The manager on duty said sge would give a partial refund back if we brought the card back in. Okay cool. Wait for hubby to get home take food and card back. Now manager said she will not give any refund but make new food. I had to call and tell her we werent interested in food remade as hubby is non confrontational at all. Now she claims we waited too long to come pick the food up (which is not true at all) when i asked her name so i could call back for an actual manager she hung up on me. I called back again and asked her name and she stated shes uncomfortable giving her name as ive called mutliple times. Smh. Was never rude. Didnt cuss. Didnt yell. Made an agreement, went back on it. Everyone there looks like there on drugs, the store was dirty, food was complete garbage, and employees rude, lie and are unprofessional. Would not recommend or return!

Was hung up for asking to speak with manager. Manager made an agreement to give refund for rotton food. I'm a old lady on limited income. Returned food not eaten but 2 bites. Spoke with manager she agreed refund, then once I came back with food was refused refund. Horrible service. I should have known as the store looked horrible when I got there. None is wearing name tags, hair nets gloves. Food: 1
