Papa John's Pizza - York

If I had the opportunity not to give stars, I would. Was at this point on 7/25/2020 at 8 a.m. and the staff who make the pizza in the back did not wear their face mask. You have signs that customers ask to keep your employees safe by wearing one, but you do not force them to protect the customers by wearing one. Even if they make pizza, I would recommend wearing gloves. They also allowed the customer to go without a mask. My husband had said something to the manager and still none of the staff who had the pizza put on their mask.

Very Rude Manager...We wanted to change our online delivery order to a pick-up and have the delivery fee refunded. Instead...our entire order was canceled and the young man hung up on my husband. When my husband called back to explain that he did not want the order canceled, just a refund of the delivery fee, the same young man hung up on him again. Bizarre and Unacceptable!!!

I had the worse experience with this papa John?s an it?s the second time. I put in an order for two papadias one bbq chicken with mushroom an one sausage an pepperoni I was told 50 to 60 mins over an hour an half later it shows an they sent me two sausage an pep papadias i wouldn?t of mind so much if it wasn?t for the rude response I got from the manager!!!!!

Never ever had a problem! Everyone is super nice and the food arrives fast and hot!! Thanks guys!

Pizza is really good, not greasy at all and a real doughy crust.I recommend ordering online and doing the specials to keep it affordable, or it can be more pricey. the deals can get you a large one topping pizza sometimes for 7.77 if you get 2. at regular price sometimes a large pizza alone is around $20. You can regulate extra cheese or extra sauce. No charge for extra sauce.
