Feedback gevenExcellent service, I love it, my husband has taken me several times and the employees are very friendly. The exquisite food, cleanliness, is very pleasant to share with the family, alone or paired as one wishes to go.
Stopped in on a Thursday night. 8pm. There was a pretty good crowd and the place had a good feel. And then it went down hill. We were ignored at the front door for a while by a manager who seemed more interested in his phone. A waitress finally can 't up and ask if we wanted a table. Once sat it took forever to get drinks. Our waitress was the only one and she was clearly weeded. The manager stood near the front door looking at his phone. To be honest it did not take too long to get our food after we ordered. And would you believe it? The manager had actually put down his phone and ran the food. When he set the OG Reuben down in front of me I could see that the Swiss cheese was not melted,as it looked like it had just been pulled from the package. I reached out and touched the sandwich and it was cold. I asked the manager (I admit kind of sarcastically) if it 's supposed to be cold. He said, yup and walked away. The sandwich was clearly put together and or made but was never put in the oven. Even the French fries were cold. When the waitress finally came back to our table she apologized and took it off the check. She offered to get me something else but by that time we were done. Thanked her and moved on. My question is this.... That manager knew the sandwich was wrong and so did the like cook but they made the decision to serve it anyway. What else are they compromising? The waitress did her best and truly seemed to care. Not so much for management
Monday happy hour !! $2,50 a tall beer !! Food awesome ..famous sandwich..pstrami and cheese !! Waitress very friendly !! Water and ice all the time.. always asking anything else for dinner.. sports bar !! ALL TV needs to be on CLOSE CAPTION !! talk shows at 5 pm ? Guesssing what their saying..
York, PA/Queen Street location Primanti Bros. at this location, outstanding food, terrific atmosphere, great serving portions for drinks, but the customer service from one of your Team Member’s yesterday SUCKED. Thursday, June 11, I ordered an 18” pizza as a part of Primanti Bros. “Buy One 14-inch or 18-inch pizza and get a second pizza free” offer. I entered the checkout code FREEPIZZA, then submitted my order for curbside pickup. After I arrived to pick up my order, the staff member brought out only one item. I asked him about the second item for my order, telling him there was a mix-up and I would like to use the “Buy One/Get One” offer. He responded, “You only ordered one pizza.” Your team member made no attempt to offer me the second item and correct this matter. Okay. My patronage of your business isn’t appreciated, so I will spend my money elsewhere.
The onion rings were lacking the actual onion—there was hardly any to be found. The breading was excellent, but the onion felt like an afterthought. I wasn't impressed with the sauce that accompanied them either. The Brothers Burger sounded promising, but it turned out to be very dry. The coleslaw was bland and lacked any real flavor. There's definitely room for improvement.
