Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Normally we have an amazing experience but noticed that they specifically pick up the phone and hang up.l, which is very rude. We called several times different numbers and each time they pick them up and hang them up. Not professional.

Serving staff always tries their best to make you feel welcome. Just have to remember that due to covid they don't have as full a menu as they once had. But still have great endless fries and unlimited root beer floats.

Very good burgers. Restaurant is clean and service was quick. Don't forget to join the loyalty program. Free birthday burgers taste even better!

The Red Robin in York always has friendly staff and great food, I love that the waitress/waiter comes and checks on you but you can ask for a drink refill or even order your food right off of the table iPad! It's so convenient, love it! The tables and chairs are kept pretty clean when I got to our table it was a little wet... I'm not sure if this was water or if it was from them cleaning, I am assuming it was from then cleaning due to when I saw other guests leaving they would immediately go over and clean the table for the next guests.

I received my free birthday burger through the rewards program. Had to wait some time for a waitress to take my order probably because hostess didn't let anyone know I was there. The burger and fries were good but the beer shake wasn't as good as normal. Normally would be 5 stars but knocked down because of that.
