There are so many Chinese restaurants in this plaza that it will spin your head.Service was OK; only debt cards and Cash accepted.Food variety offered tells you they can make anything for you.We ordered the basics- spring rolls and fried shrimp rice- and that is what we got basic tasting food.Nothing special.

When I'm in the neighborhood this is the place to go. Much better than Keung across the parking lot on the opposite side. This place provides complimentary soup and prices are in line with what I'd expect. Not cheap but not expensive either and the food is authentic Chinese. Portions are reasonable and service is great. Most importantly food tastes great.Highly recommended.

We came to this Power King Restaurant to celebrate with some relatives who has came from China. We want to treat them for dinner and see if they would like it. We had 2 big parties table of 25 people so we need to ordered more food. We ordered the combo dishes as well as some side dishes that we would like to eat. The portion of the food was little as we had to ordered some more food to filled our stomach. It wasn't that fabulous but it's good to eat. Servers wasn't overly excited to see us but okay to contend with. Service was mediocre and wasn't great. They can improved more on their customer service but hiring more of the people who can speak English as a non-speaking Canadians that do not speak "Cantonese or Mandarin" language - it will be better that they do have someone who knows how to speak English. They need to learn to speak as you're here in Canada and NOT in Hong Kong or other major cities to catered to different types of ethnic groups of people. In order to have more business; they should have more people working for them.Customer Service is a must and needs to improve greatly.

I've been coming to eat here for about 5 years now. The reason I always came back was because of one particular chicken dish my daughter absolutely loves. Everything else on the menu leaves very little to be desired. The service was the usual Chinese pathetic treatment however I noticed they are starting to become worse. The last time here I arrived when it was the time that the employees were about to sit down for their meal... The waitress rudely said "order now because we are going to eat" I barely made it to the table. To make matters worse she gave me a dirty look and ignored me throughout our meal and I was afraid to ask for the bill... Anything I asked for had been ignored. I just waited until they finished. This last visit the quality of food certainly has gone out the window. Portions are smaller and service extremely rude. They yelled at my husband for asking about a dish! They had a finger dipped in our soup they brought to our table.They threw our food on the table like it was garbage and knocked our chopsticks on the floor with no apologies. I couldn't handle it anymore! I paid without tip and barely touched the food. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Stay away!!! Never again!

We have been to this restaurant several times and since we do not speak/read the chinese language, we have to depend on trying to explain to the staff what it is we would like to eat. Incidentally, whatever explanation we give, we land up having the exact same dish every time :)The food is good but service lacks attention and courtesy.
