My husband and I went visited for dinner one evening. The restaurant did not have many people so we were not sure if it was a good idea to dine here. The servers were very helpful and suggested some options to order. Over the evening, there were people just pouring into the location. Most tables were occupied and there were a lot of to-go orders. The restaurant is very clean, service is excellent. Do not look for fancy ambienceWe began our meal with a lentil soup. It is a non-spicy, tasty and light soup. I ordered a Chicken Stew (Suqaar) and my husband ordered Goat ribs. We asked them for a spicy version. I suggest if you can't handle heat then dont ask for the spicy version of food. The platter has rice and meat with some salad. The rice was tasty even by itself. Chicken was soft and juicy. I love the blend of spices used to prepare our food. Portion of food was large was one person. They have a separate family section in the restaurant. During Ramadan, there is a special menu. I am waiting to go back there to eat their yummy food.

Great food and service, if you like great taste in an unfancy but very friendly ambiance, you are at the right place ! The owner Mohamoud very friendly and hospitable. Very recommendable

I rarely post reviews for restaurants that are specially in my old home town. however this place definitely deserve my praises, the food here was delicious. we ordered the iftar plate and goat steak and goat fal fal and we had served to us on one plate for me and my friend. quantity for the price is amazing. it was served with salad and soup as well as mango juice. everything was awesome but the best of it all I must see if the service that I got at this restaurant. absolutely amazing, amazing, amazing. if you'd like to try new Cuisine then definitely give this place a try you will not regret it.

This place is amazing! This was the first time I have visited this place and only my second time eating Somali food. The portions are big, décor and atmosphere welcoming and the service incredible. The owner of the restaurant as well as the servers will go out of their way to make sure you are having a good time and enjoying the food. The owner takes pride in providing food that is fresh and high quality. If you have never been here - go and enjoy. If you are not Somali, don't be shy. This place is for everyone!

Above average seating arrangement, very cordial customer service though a bit unorganized. Amazing proportion of food for the price and food is really tasty. I will go and am always going back. Also, occasionally they serve Camel meat in the Fridays and Weekends with limited serving, so call in to confirm availability. Free Mango drinks in pitchers and Somali style Masala/Spice tea. The Lamb Rib with Pasta/Rice is my Fav.
