A&W - Yorkton

For being on the highway, this is a relatively quiet place to eat.

After a long day at the rink we took our family to one of our favourite restaurants ready to enjoy a great meal. After we placed our order we sat down to vistit with some friends, in a few minutes our food was delivered to our table. In seconds we noticed our order was wrong and asked for their service to correct the issue. The last at the till said nope that's not what you ordered it's not on the bill. I repeated the order that my family had ordered and she again said no that's not what you ordered, we were short one onion ring and one order if fries. The second worker walked up and asked how she could help so I explained and she immediately help. At 9:50 the original lady walked up to our table and said we had to leave they were closed, I asked her the time and she said we close at 10pm so I said we would finish up and go. She replied that no they were closed now and we had to leave. We gathered up our family and unfinished meals and headed for home, not enjoying our visit or meal. We have not returned to them since and have had other family members comment on the same type of service!

Food was good, service was so so and restaurant needed cleaning. Our order was taken efficiently but with an edge of attitude that screamed hurry up... not much patience for seniors.

The Uncle Burger with bacon and cheese is one of my favourite fast food burgers. I grabbed one before heading back to Regina. It was a little dry, but still tasted like it should. Their pop is one of the best too.

Fast Food joint. Food is good and the service is OK. You are in and out as quickly as you can be in a fast food restaurant.
