Real Canadian Superstore Broadway Street

Where do i start ... this store and management has no sense of quality of ethics to deal with customers ... they are only taking advantage of being the only store in city ... being a retail manager myself for years i dont see any employee or manager here putting effort at all ... with grocery prices increasing alarmingly they always have the worst quality on displays ... moldy and rotten produce is visible everywhere ... items on shelf are past expiry dates and no one cares ... when you talk to staff they are rude and behave like it is customers fault and raising issues to management just gets you a fake sorry but no actions are taken .... i have to spend an extra couple of hours everytime i visit to locate their managers and point out the out of dated and moldy stuff and ask them to remove it every time ... their attitude makes it really hard for customers like me to support local brands

After we were done shopping and got back to the car we found out we had locked the keys in the car with the window open a little. Went back inside and told the staff our situation they were really helpful and helped us get back into the car. Thanks Sandi sure appreciate the help!

Had a bad experience here regarding a missing reciept and a pushy security guard. Haven't been back since, years later. Would rate 0/10 if I could

Some of the staff here at Superstore are very rude and unprofessional!! They ignore you when you call them! I would not really recommend people to shop here as some staff can be very unprofessional and rude. I was there today and I had to call a lady 4-5 times before she ever even looked at me! I know she heard me, she just wanted to ignore me! Then proceeded to answer me in a very short manner. Train your staff to be kind please

Some things are good but lots to be improved. Poorly stocked, some things not even there, 2 cash registers going and they're pushing you through self checkout. The liquor store didn't have any deals as well.
