Hardee's - Yorktown

This is the best Hardee's I've ever been to. The staff is exceptional—polite and friendly, which is such a refreshing change these days. I visit most days, usually for tea and occasionally for cookies, and I've always left happy. You really know how to kickstart my mornings. Thank you to all the employees; you’re all wonderful!

The food was tasty, but I received the wrong order. When the employee at the car asked me which order was mine while holding a bag of food, I told him, and he simply replied that it was indeed what I ordered. It seemed like he just wanted to hand off whatever was in his hands, without checking if it was actually my order. I only realized it was completely different when I arrived at my destination. We ended up eating it, but we really would have preferred what we originally ordered.

I wish I could rate this place even lower. The service was extremely rude. The woman taking our order was confused because my friend ordered first, and then I placed my order. She didn’t understand our requests and brought us the wrong food. When we tried to explain that our order was incorrect, she didn't believe us and refused to provide a receipt to confirm that we had ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese. We had to go through their system to prove that we had indeed made that order, which took forever. Overall, it was terrible service.

Not the fastest around, but definitely one of the latest

I thought the new Prime Rib Biscuit could be a contest for Chic Fila that was a few meters away. It wasn't. The cookie itself was small for Hardees. The main rib was cut so thin that you could hardly taste it and I think they only used half an egg. They must be better if they don't want all their business to go on to the competition. You need to ask why Chic Fila has wrapped cars around the building, even if they are more expensive.
