Starbucks - Yorktown

I ordered a hot Chai Latte with a sandwich. They accidentally made me an icy Chai latte, but I'm not even mad. 1) Mistake!! 2) the icy latte was actually much better than the hot regular latte I usually get it quite cinnamon, and I loved it tbh

Okay, so I don't write it a lot, so pay attention. The staff of this Starbucks makes this one of the best Starbucks I've ever visited! I strongly recommend ordering. Not because it is something wrong to get your drive through order, but because you would miss the joy to watch this beautifully choreographed group of artists. Professional behavior! It's so rare that you need a moment today to appreciate it. I appreciate you!

Edit: From 11/21/2021 this Starbucks manages to exceed the expectations of customers. They are phenomenal and will ensure that every customer has a great experience. Excellent staff and experience! Starbucks is the same everywhere. That said what makes this location exceptional is customer service. They are quick to smile and everyone is very personal. The staff here is ready to go the additional mile for the customer. I just moved to the Yorktown area and I'll be regular at this place. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with any food / beverage / coffee operation.

Usually amazing and I never write reviews but i?ve had multiple rude instances with a certain worker at the drive through window. They were blunt at the order part but whatever. I got my drink and they didn?t say ?have a good day? or anything. Then they Closed the window in my face before i could ask for a straw at the drive through window and the person turned around to talk to co workers. Again, i?ve had multiple rude encounters with ONE certain worker.
