Subway - Yorktown

I go to this location often. Today my service was incredibly rude! The lady that started my sub was dirty! Not a quality I like to see in my food service workers.... It was a horrible experience and I will not go back anytime soon nor will my family and friends...or at least till they change their staff, the very rude manager Brandi included! My hope is that they have video along with audio so that the owner can see how little customer service these people possess! There were a few others there that I had no interaction with and two others that did help me and I have no complaints about them....unfortunately, it only takes one person to completely ruin an experience and in this case, two people....:

THE WORST subway I've ever been to. The Asian manager with the heavy accent is incredibly rude and doesn't know what she's doing, arguing with me that she can't make an untoasted chicken sub even though I get it like that everywhere else. I would literally turn around and walk out when I saw her working.

Just went to this Subway and will ask for a different worker to make my food from her on out. The rude myia lady who made my subs manhandled them. She seemed to get upset on how I ordered my subs from the start. Smashing the bread,rushing thru my order. I was the only one in line ordering at the time so there shouldn 't have been a since of urgency. I couldn 't believe she had the audacity to treat my food the way she did right in front of me. I will never have her make my food again!

Very clean with great customer care. The staff on duty we're very friendly and helpful. The meatball sub was reasonably priced and made very much to my liking. The sales person who cashed me out was very friendly, polite and personable. He was a joy! I prefer this location above all other locations in the area.

Just had a Turkey Sub on their Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread!!! If you?re a flavor craver, this is the bread to get. It?s not low in calories but full of yummy goodness! Keith and his crew at this location always treat us well and offer service with a smile!!!!
